Our Placement Policy & Process
Placement Overview: The placement procedure is intended to give you significant real-world experience while allowing you to apply your academic knowledge in a professional situation. This experience is not only an important element of your academic programme, but it also serves as a valuable stepping stone towards your future profession.
Learning lab is designed to help you make the most of every opportunity and get a good start in your career. The programme includes guidance and encouragement on how to evaluate your existing status and professional potential, as well as countless recommendations on how to present yourself to the best of your ability during the application and selection process.
Learning Lab is intended to assist you enhance your chances of finding a suitable professional opportunity and being prepared. The Learning Lab aims to support participants in their professional growth and career progression processes, providing them with the skills they need for employment.
Placement Policy: To ensure a fair and transparent placement process, we have implemented a set of policies that regulate the entire process. These policies were created to promote the values of equality, meritocracy, and ethical behaviour. We advise you to thoroughly review and acknowledge the placement policy paper.
With your skills, you will be able to find work. It all depends on your hard effort. Learning Labb is not responsible for your inability to get a job. Because we can only offer you facilities.
Placement Rules:
- Pan India Opportunities: All placement opportunities are available across India, not only in one state or geographical region.
- Relocation Possibility: Candidates may be needed to move depending on the job availability and prospects given.
- No Cap on CTC/Job Profiles/Location: There is no limit to the available CTC, work profiles, or job locations; options are diversified and endless.
- Performance-based Selection: The selection and CTC offered are determined by individual performance throughout the selection process.
- Placement Assurance Conditions: Placement assurance is only valid to students receiving free training through campus drives if all of the Institute’s terms and conditions are followed.
Pre placement talks:
- Role of the Placement Team: The Placement Team’s major responsibility is to facilitate placement-related activities.
- Recruitment Program Eligibility:Eligibility requirements include 80% attendance at all technical and skill development courses, timely completion of assignments, and participation in relevant sessions.
- Consultation before Registration: Candidates are urged to contact the Placement Team with any questions before registering for any industry.
- Communication with Placement Team: All candidate inquiries and grievances will be handled by the placement team.
Placement process:
- Basic Preparation for Interviews: Lack of basic interview preparation may lead to debarment for a specified period.
- Commitment to Interview Processes: Once registered, candidates cannot drop from further interview processes.
- Performance in Subsequent Processes: Shortlisted candidates must maintain performance standards in subsequent selection processes.
- Placement Opportunities Criteria: All placement options are based on individual course performance, individual ratings, academic qualifications, academic scores, previous experiences, and so forth.
Attendance & Punctuality:
- Mandatory Training Programs: Candidates interested in campus placement must attend various training programs organized by the Placement Team.
Discipline:
- Disqualification for Non-attendance: Failure to attend an interview without prior permission will result in permanent disqualification from placement activities.
- Decorum and Professionalism: Candidates must uphold decorum and professionalism during the entire selection process.
- Non-negotiable Details: Negotiations with the industry over CTC, location, and other issues are not authorised unless specified in the registration communication.
- Joining Company Obligation: Once selected, learners are obligated to join the company on the specified date.
- Disciplinary Action for Violation: Violation of any rule will result in disciplinary action.
Further Chances with Permission: Once selected, students may be given more opportunities with prior authorization from the Placement Team on a case-by-case basis.
