No Refunds: Learning labb has a strict no refund policy. Once the admission fee is paid, it is non-refundable under any circumstances. Learning Labb follows a rigorous no-refund policy. Money sent to Learning Labb for educational purposes cannot be returned to the student under any circumstances.
Course Material Access: Upon admission, students get immediate access to course materials, resources, and other digital content. Due to the nature of our digital products and services, we do not provide refunds once the course material has been accessed.
Course Transfers: Course transfers will be considered on a case-by-case basis, at the discretion of Learning Labb. However, transfers are not assured and may incur additional expenses.
Rescheduling or modify: Learning Labb maintains the right to reschedule or change courses as considered appropriate. In the event of such changes, students will be alerted and given suitable alternatives.
Exceptional Circumstances: Refunds may be considered in extraordinary circumstances, which we do not guarantee or assure, such as medical emergencies or other unanticipated problems, in which case requests for refunds must be presented in writing and assessed individually. However, Learning Labb cannot guarantee this; it is dependent on the circumstances of each situation.
